Refund policy
We strive to make it as easy as possible to shop with us and we want you to be happy with your order. We're confident that you'll love your purchase but if there's something you need to change, we'll do our best to make things right. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Mumma Pear may, at their sole discretion, offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We recommend all returns be sent with tracking as we can’t guarantee that we'll receive your return. If we do not receive the item, we are unable to issue an exchange or refund.
You'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. We will however happily provide an exchange for incorrect sizing if requested within 14 days of receiving your item. Please contact us with any sizing concerns prior to placing your order.
Exchanges
Mumma Pear may, at their sole discretion, exchange an item within 14 days of receipt of the products by you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will send out the exchanged item within 48 hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Mumma Pear may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of full priced products within 14 days of receipt of the products by you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (our hairbrushes). Please get in touch if you have a question about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
